Unfortunately the building is derelict and available to let and you can`t get access inside. I have a dream to turn it into a White Star Line theamed hotel but I need six numbers on the lotto first  Just imagine tho being able to stay in the Titanic suite and being able to drink coffee in Cafe Parisian or dinning in the Captain Smith restaurant choosing from the menu that was served to fisrt class passengers onboard Titanic.
Well I can dream can`t I
