I want to add my thanks as well--even though I almost didn't make it into a lifeboat.
I have never done a chat thing before and I must say I didn't quite know what to do, and could hardly keep up, but did find it very amusing to take on a role of a bystander--maybe that wasn't the original intent (when I saw the word reenactment I assumed it was), but to me it made it quite something. I came away with a greater appreciation of how it must have been with the transition from 'oh it's nothing serious--let's have another drink' to 'it IS serious--let's get off!' All within the space of an hour! I imagine what it must have been like for the original people back then!
But even so, it was also fun just having some imaginary 'cyber' drinks with some fellow Titanic nuts in our favorite setting.
