lights i got pretty close to the same thing i just entered wills and a password and got in ok.
do you have java script enabled on ur pc maybe that is why you got the message.

when i go on thereit asks for user id and password.. i typed in my id [wills] and then a password.
it took me to another screen where the chat is and i typed in a message and then hit enter on my key board and it let me in. it posted my chat and everything.
