Re: Was there panic on the night of sinking

No, there are certain people who show up again and again on Titanic forums and listserves, and as this one has made her views known, each of us has encountered her seperately...we didn't mean to shut anyone out, we just knew who we were speaking of.

It means we are both trying to achive the same purpose, but our senses of humor are working at crosspurposes. Don't worry about it, we're both trying to be friendly, just assume that and we'll be fine.

Understood no worries, just to warn ya though i tend to do that which is what got me snubbed in more uptight forum. I Know this in not the case here, and i understand what you mean and think i know who you are talking about as well, as i have may have encountered the same individual or someone just like her at the very least, nothing you can do with those winners though except ignore them coz really they are not worth your breath

* now about the panic on the night of the sinking anyone else got any ideas????

Re: Was there panic on the night of sinking

Hi all

ok gang lets cool things down a bit shall we. First I will start the apology for I feel it may be me who has started the rumpus up by mentioning that I knew the thread we all spoke of. For the people who do not know it is not on this board but another board of the same type.

The person who is mentioned here not by name as this would be deleted anyway due to the fact he/she is not here and this is not fair as he/she would not be able to answer comments made on them.

I take full responsibility for this little outburst. Lets pull the ranks back together now and re start the thread in the intension it was set pout to be, A discussion on Panic.

I also think it is time to shake hands and kiss and make up between a few posters naming no names who may have the wrong impression on both sides. I am not blaming anyone and do not intend to do so.

If anyone has grievances please please tell me or Wills, we are here to sort them out and if that fails go direct to Tom. We are all on the same side here so lets get on with some good communication.

For the older members here ( not age I mean older standing members) remember we have new members in the group and as such we should be supporting them not slanging them, and for new members it is important to remember that the older ones have deep rooted opinions on things. this sometimes tends to bring matters to a head

That's my post over now and if anyone wants to comment please feel free.

I know we are all friends here and lets keep it that way shall we.

Warmest regards to all

Graham

here here ,
well said graham,
that is exactly what we are here for.
consideration to all sides of the story and all persons involved shall be taken as well.

this is not the board or thread. so we can change the subject now.

grahm you do not have to apologize we are all here to learn from each other pick each others brains so to speak . we all here have a common bond that bond being titanic.
so everyone enjoy the board that is what it is here for...
