Re: How a person of color would be treated in First Class...
Perhaps this might be better off, then, in Roleplay or On Screen, as this is a theoretical discussion of fanfic, rather than a straightforward discussion of something that would have actually happened.

Re: How a person of color would be treated in First Class...
You may well be right, Lee, as I cannot see a person of colour travelling First Class on a White Star ship....unfortunately, times being as they were and all...

The angels' assignment is focused wholly on my Will. Therefore--in order for them to do the Lord's work, all of them, Tess included, must with His blessing, go aboard Titanic.
And Graham, you did good by moving this thread here.

Re: How a person of color would be treated in First Class...
Well, MurdochsAid, if Tess is to go aboard then, you'd best make her a "high yeller"...a very light skinned person of colour, incidentally, because that is the only possible way for her to be aboard...either that or play the invisibility card.

Re: How a person of color would be treated in First Class...
I will, Lights, except that she will make her presence known to Will, in order for her to deliver her lines I told you about. Her fellow angels; Monica, Gloria, Andrew & James, know she's already aboard.
At the end of the voyage, she "will" make her presence known (a long with her fellow angels, when they finally reveal themselves all to being angels) to; Thomas Andrews, J. Bruce Ismay, Captain E.J. Smith and his fellow deck officers (you included)...on the starboard boat deck, near the bridge wing.
I think that JBI will be "the" most surprised. Will won't be too surprised, but he will be pleasantly surprised to meeting the other angels; Monica, Gloria, and Andrew.
