Has any one from the UK been affected by the “big freeze”?

We have only had snow showers were I live but hopefully we will get some snow that will stick tonight. emoticon

Its cold in Liverpool but no sign of the snow. to be honest we hardly ever see snow here as we are protected on all sides. the kids are watching all the snow on telly and wondering why we dont have it.

Aye,
I am just very happy that we have not recieved much accumulation. The snow we had here in December was plenty for me. At least I didnt have to get out in it .

The subject title reminds me of scenes from this futuristic movie I saw once, but can't for the life of me...recall its title. emoticon

Re: UK's Big Freeze.

Greetings,
Was the movie you were referring to was The Day after tomorrow? if it was, excellent movie. Where I am at in Colorado, we don't get much snow. I mean when it does snow, it snows hard like we get 3-4 feet of snow in a few hours, but it is usually gone the next day and at latest the day after. So can't enjoy any snow here really. Thanks for listening. TTYL, Laters.

From,
Robert
