I manually add a moderator.
A moderator can edit, delete, close, reopen, sticky, unsticky, move, hide, unhide posts/topics.
Jade can also ban or unban a user.

Hi Tom
As well as keeping the peace, Making sure topics stay on topic within reason, Moving messages into the correct format/topic. the day to day running of the list etc.etc.
But mainly and most importantly been friendly to the members and helping where they can.

Do you realise as well we have been aboard more ships that have sunk than most people in there lives!!!!!
Starting to get worried now they tell me Titanic is unsinkable and we are going to serve on her one day I suppose :-)
