Hi Tom

If you want my honest opinion, And you do want to watch post more, then unfortunately yes.

But after saying that you do not seem to have problems with the posts.

The obvious way to look at it is that more moderators tend to get better quality posts, depending on the moderator of course. A good moderated list is better than a free for all. If this makes sense.

But it can have it's down side. If the moderators do NOT have open minds in some cases can cause more trouble than un-moderated.

It would seem to me personally that you are the only moderator, and as such all the problems lie on your shoulder.

I seem to be rambling again so will end there.

Regards
Graham

graham makes again,
a very good point to boot.
anyone that is going to be a mod has to have an open mind. and the mods also have to be able get along with others. as stupid as that may sound i think that if a mod gets mad at a certain person they can cause more trouble on the board then needed.

as far as adding two more mods that is not a bad idea . however it is a tough decision and it is all yours to make.
good luck in whatever you choose to do tom.

Hi Wills

We have all seen a mod work badly because he/she is unable to look at a situation because they don't like the poster. I personally think another two mods is a good idea as one is no good, It takes a vote sometimes within the management structure to work out a problem.

And like you say Wills the decision is Tom's and good luck to him

Regards
Graham
