And like you say Wills the decision is Tom's and good luck to him Regards Graham i agree with completely graham. it does make it easier when you can have enough people to help balnce things out. willsnondisclosed_email@example.com (wills)Mon, 15 Mar 2004 22:27:33 +0000 Re: Forum Ruleshttps://btomdyerstitanicsitecommunity.runboard.com/p1892,from=rss#post1892https://btomdyerstitanicsitecommunity.runboard.com/p1892,from=rss#post1892Hi Wills We have all seen a mod work badly because he/she is unable to look at a situation because they don't like the poster. But after saying that you do not seem to have problems with the posts. The obvious way to look at it is that more moderators tend to get better quality posts, depending on the moderator of course. A good moderated list is better than a free for all. If this makes sense. But it can have it's down side. If the moderators do NOT have open minds in some cases can cause more trouble than un-moderated. It would seem to me personally that you are the only moderator, and as such all the problems lie on your shoulder. I seem to be rambling again so will end there. I was just a bit concerned that messages where to be un-moderated. This could of led to all sorts of problems now and in the future. Thanks for the reply anyway.
