Titanic dreams
I keep dreaming about the Titanic this past year. Last night I had maybe the 6th epic, long, very complicated Titanic dream in maybe the past 6 months.
Right now I'm reading A Night to Remember by Walter Lord.
What do the dreams mean?

Re: Titanic dreams
Back on April 14th/15th 2012 (Titanic's 100th anniversary), I had a dream that I met Third Class passenger, Stella Sage. Her entire family perished in the sinking. To my knowledge, Anthony Sage was the only member of the family to be found and identified. However, I believe Stella was sending me a message to say that one of the unidentified bodies is either her or her sister, Dorothy. I remember waking up and looking at the clock and it was right smack on 2:20am, the time Titanic sank.

Re: Titanic dreams
I have for some months now went to sleep with Titanic on my mind, however no dreams, as I seldom dream about anything at least that I can recall.
But to my waking mind it is always there. One of the most astounding sea disasters ever.
I learned of the Titanic many years ago and she has haunted me ever since. What a beautiful ship and all those beautiful lives lost!
My take...Iceberg warnings ignored, no binoculars for lookouts and self confidant captain who should have demanded ALL warnings of danger be delivered to him in a timely manner. Bottom line it was not the vessel's fault.
Ismay survived, but actually how much provable input did he have on the Titanic's speed & course. Where blame may lay is his company overlooking the required number of lifeboats needed for a ship the size of the Titanic. They knew without a doubt there was not enough boats for that many people. Money then & now was the bottom line.

Re: Titanic dreams
I'll close my eyes trying to will myself onto the ship the night disaster struck. Never get there. Wierd, but that's how my interest in the ship has evolved.
