Titanic 1953 What do you think of the Titanic 1953 film, staring Barbara Stanwyck and Clifton Webb?
For those of you in the UK, with Sky, who have not seen it, or want to see it again, it is being shown on Sky Movies Classics, at 11.15am on Monday (January 3rd 2011). It is also apparently being shown again on 26th January at 4.25pm.
After at some point reading bad reviews about the film, when I watched it for the first time I was expecting it to be a very bad film, but it was very different to what the reviews said and I enjoyed it, and thought it was a good film of the time. It’s not great for accuracy, but it’s still an interesting film to watch.
Re: Titanic 1953 I just watched it. it is not as good as ANTR but i liked it, even though the accuracy could have been better and i didnt like the alarm after the iceberg hit. Its also has a very American feel to it unlike ANTR which has a very British feel to it.

Hi Tom!
Last night of 3/25/2018, TCM (Turner Classic Movies) aired this version of a series of TITANIC films w/o commercial interruption!
One Night To Remember also was aired in its entirety on the same channel too. I thoroghly enjoyed them both!!!

--- My Jesus, I love Thee, I know Thou art mine,
For Thee all the follies of sin I resign;
My gracious Redeemer, my Savior art Thou;
If ever I loved Thee, my Jesus, 'tis now.
