Forum changes 1st Jan 2011

To tidy the forums up, the links box at the top of the forum has been removed, instead the main forum links above the who is online, are now more user friendly. The reminder of the links have been merged into the links at the bottom of the forum, and all links and text boxes in that area have been improved.

The forum banner is to be improved very soon.
