Thanks MA,

I think I'm on the mend now but still have a few weeks before I can go back into harness.

Would have been a nice break if I hadn't been stumbling around with back and leg problems.

Getting old is no fun!

Cheers

Thanks, I do sometimes go to antique and flea markets to get original White Star Line postcards. I will have a look to see if I can find any White Star Line tableware, next time I’m there.

Steelman sells some original items on his website. I can’t find anywhere else online.

HI Tom

There is two places in the North east where they use these, one is a hotel in Billingham who have also got the wood boards from WSL ships, and the other is a hotel farther up north who I forget where it is now. I will try to find links but if you send either a mail they are both helpfully and will let you know where to get original items still horded in warehouses.

Hi Tom

There is plenty of things around like at antique fairs as you say. It is not uncommon to find pieces like that with relative ease.

Of course what you do have to watch is people cashing in on the name of TWSL All they associate this with is of course Titanic and assume it all has a premium price, But with the economic climate today and of course the true fact titanic stuff is also not worth as much now you do have to take care
