Queen Mary & Queen Mary 2 - (together at last)
Thought that you all will enjoy seeing the two Queens together in one piccy at Long Beach...
When I was onboard Queen Mary, I saw the above photo in a poster form; as well as on T-shirt, in another shop aboard her.
I wanted the latter such T-shirt.

If I had known about that I might have gone.
There are two videos of them meeting in Southampton too:

I went to see Queen Mary 2 the day before her maiden voyage. I also went right past her on the ferry to Isle of Wight.

Hi Tom
I saw her in Scarborough a few years ago Myself H and Misty where there for the day when she sailed past, Personally I don't like her she looks ugly when compared to old ships. bring back steam it was far far nicer.

Re: Queen Mary & Queen Mary 2 - (together at last)
The new ships never are but QM2 has got some nice features (a lot of them the traditional features). When I was in the ferry going right past her she looked very nice it was one of the best experiences I have had on water and I have spent a lot of time and seen a lot on boats.
She does look a bit top heavy from the side and the balconies don’t do much for her appearance but I suppose they don’t complain from the inside.
I am hoping to see QE2 before she leaves Southampton for the last time.
