i agree mayrose.
the day they bring her to the surface is the day i will visit her. i have very bad panic attacks and the thought of being under that much water and that close to death no way could i do it.
they would have to knock me out or something till we got down there. i think though once i got there i woudl be ok . but the first place i would go to would be will's cabin.

That makes two of us, Lill...wanting to see Will's cabin, that is.

lol tammy ,
i had no doubts that you would agree with me on that.
i have always thought you could tell a lot about a person by the way they presented theirself. i think it would have been cool to see his cabin just to get an idea of what he took with him when he went to sea. you know if there would be any pictures of his family ,aid , his friends ect,,, however again i stress they would never be touched .

Re: If you could dive to the wreck, would you?
Hi All
It must be a fantastic experience but like so many, I am not sure I could cope been cooped up for so long in a tight space.
But to see her come into view must be great

it does sound rather great doesn't it?
however the bad out weigh the good here.
fear of water
claustrophobia
fear of ships [lol yeah i know i know]
the fear of dying
fear of intense darkness.
and so on and so on.
it is a great opportunity if it would ever present itsself . i would like to go see will's cabin because they always show captain smiths cabin . i don't know if i would even want to get that close to her though.
wills
maybe if i was hypnotized lol that might work.

Hi Wills
Hmmm now that is a great list for not thinking about going, As for the hypnosis well could help on that one.
Plus there is the cost of course.

you know if i was asked the same question back in august of last year i most likely would have had the same reply .
however things changed for me in september and i found out something of myself that i know will stop me from going down there no matter how much i would love to see her .
getting closer to will would not be able to help me either.
i found myself having panic attacks so that has me pinned.
would be great though. just not possible for me at least.

Hi Wills
If you are meaning what I think you mean, then no getting close would not help you at all.
