Re: What got you interested TITANIC?
Oddly enough my interest started with a recurring dream I used to have as a child.
Strangely enough I just seemed to be arrested by the whole, iceberg and lifeboat scenario and every time a Titanic movie would come on TV I'd watch it---I'm talking from young childhood here.
Dunno, something about the whole thing captured my imagination or was hotwired into my consciousness from the beginning.
--- "Come my lord and in our flight tell me how it came this night that I, sleeping here, was found...with these mortals on the ground."

That makes two of us, for even as far back as I can remember, I've been drawned to Titanic from the getco. Like waaay back before she was discovered by Jacques Cousteau, Bob Ballard, and one other fellow (I can't recall who he was).

Re: What got you interested TITANIC?
Hi Dark rose
You beat me by two years, I was 9 when I first encountered the Titanic. 2 Survivors did the circuit at my school in Hull, and from there I was hooked on her. I used to get the librarian to order all the books he could and spent hours in the library reading. Then I found depositories of information and moved on to ships in general. And well I am still hooked on research and love it.
Regards
Graham
