'Boatology'?? Oh yeh, I must have taken that at one time or another...I think I remember....
Anyway, speaking of life boats, how about 'D' for one of the collapsible boats on the port side--last to be successfuly 'Launched'.
And then of course there is 'D' deck where the first class dining room was....
But both of these are single letter answers...so that still leaves...D.

Well, I was going to give everyone a good time by saying a star of the 1996 CBS miniseries who played a Steward: Tim Curry...which would have gleefully set us back to the letter Y. But then I thought I'D get stuck with it  as nobody else would play anymore--so I thought I'd better change it to
"The Atlantic Daily Bulletin" which is the Titanic's own daily newspaper which first class passengers got before breakfast each morning (can you imagine what a copy of that would be worth?).
