Re: The Grand Staircase
This is the most beautiful Titanic-related painting I have ever seen, who is the artist?
I like the blending of "Now and Then" style!!

Re: The Grand Staircase
Hi, Titanica,
Thought I posted who the artist was but saw that I didn't. OK so now here is his name: Marek Sabra. He's really good!

Re: The Grand Staircase
You are more than welcome. I thought of that connection, too, though it is beautiful and haunting in its own right...what I like to think when I see that painting and the end of the movie is the hope that all of those whose souls remain there have been reunited with loved ones.

You know Lights, I am not a very religous man myself, but when you said that I remembered that all major religions out there think that all souls shall be reunited (!! in heaven I guess), and this is the most calming thing about any religion, "the forever thing"!!!

Re: The Grand Staircase
Hi All
Eternity is but just a step away, All will gather and rejoyce. Loved ones will come together for one last reunion of time. friends will be friends again, the lost shall be found.
Modern day saying and when I re find the author will let you know. It is not a religious thing either.
