For online resources, the best by far is Michail Michailakis' ]HMHS Britannic web site.

There's a short history of her, together with a few postcards, on ]Great Ships.

Simon Mills wrote two books about Britannic, the first is called "HMHS Britannic: The Last Titan" and the second is "Hostage to Fortune." [sign in to see URL] or [sign in to see URL] should have one or both of them available. And Mark Chirnside's The Olympic Class Ships has a whole section devoted to her.

Well, I know it had a Playroom. Electric heaters scattered around. The Grand Staircase floor was green with a slightly different pattern to Titanic's. Oh, and the staircase walls were dark mahogany, not light oak, like Titanic. The clock was on the wall at the foot of the stairs. At the landing was a painting of Titanic. That's really all I know, oh, and Titanic didn't have a Playroom. emoticon

Yes she did have a playroom of sorts, [sign in to see URL] was referred to as a Gym.
